Limited training funding for collateral-duties such as benchtop sterilization creates a challenge for rural healthcare facilities. To overcome this challenge, we believe a package combination of training and services may work for you.
This is what we are thinking:
Gary Carter is board certified as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) specializing in healthcare as well as Certified in Infection Control (CIC). He has over 25 years of experience in accreditation preparedness and industrial hygiene and occupational safety services in rural healthcare. Therefore, we can set up package deals where we will provide benchtop sterilization training in addition to ventilation measurements (such as for clean rooms and dirty utility rooms, where there must be specific pressure differentials and air changes per hour) or other industrial hygiene needs such as indoor air quality (IAQ) investigations. We can also perform accreditation preparedness audits for the infection control, health and safety, and emergency planning programs.
